NOTE: If a buyer returns a product to the wrong address or fails to provide necessary information at the time of return, they will not receive a refund. To resolve this issue, please email support@dearfilter.com. Contact our support team.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in the following instances.

a) Refund your item if it has non-quality issues (e.g. incorrect models or no need).

b) The buyer wishes to cancel an order that has already been shipped.

c) The coupon code has expired.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by your Dearfilter purchase. However, we want to assure you that your satisfaction is our top priority. We hope to be able to help you resolve any issues.

All of our Dearfilter products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of receipt. If your product does not meet your needs within this period, please don't hesitate to send an email to support@dearfilter.com and let us know what we can do to help you.

This page of exchange or return is only for orders made through dearfilter.com. Contact Dearfilter's authorized resellers for orders placed through them.

For us to process your exchange or return, please send the following information and photographs to the Dear filter Support Team.

a) Original condition with all accessories (manuals, warranty registration, etc.)

b) The order number and receipt/proof of purchase.

c) Attach photos of the entire product, in the exact condition you received it with tags, and in its original packaging must be attached via email.

d)Photos of your label showing the model number of your refrigerator

We will review your email within 1-3 days after we receive it. After that, we will notify the recipient. Make sure you check your spam/junk mail.

We will send you a return address if your order meets these criteria. After we have received the parcel, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, your original payment method will be refunded. It may take some time for your bank to process the refund and send it.

1. We offer a 30-day returns policy. This means that you have 30 days to return your item.

2. For returning or exchanging an item with non-quality issues (such as incorrect models) you will need to pay shipping costs. The express company you choose should determine the exact fee.

3. The consumer does not have to pay shipping fees if the goods received are not in good condition.

4. If you send your item back to an incorrect address or if the product is damaged, we will not issue a refund.

5. Only the original purchase account for the order can be refunded. Please allow 48 hours for your PayPal account to reflect the transaction if you paid using your Paypal account.

Please allow 7-14 business days for your bank to correct the charge on your bank statement if you have paid with your credit card.

6. Before you return the product or claim a refund, please contact our customer service first by emailing us at support@dearfilter.com. We are here to help. We will not accept chargeback or return without first contacting our customer service team.

7. We are unable to accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
